1. Identify the Goals and Scope of the Project.

2. Sitemap and Wireframe Creation.
After identifying the goals and scope, we create the sitemap to outline the structure of the website’s pages and content. Then, we develop wireframes to create a blueprint of each page’s layout, content placement, and user interface elements. Wireframes focus on the real estate website structure and functionality rather than visual design.
3. Content creation.
Content creation involves developing high-quality and relevant textual, visual, and multimedia content for the website.
4. Assets Collation.
During this phase, the necessary assets are collected and prepared for integration into the website. This includes obtaining high-resolution images, videos, logos, branding elements, property listings, and any other resources required for the website’s visual and functional components. The assets are optimized for web usage to ensure fast loading times and optimal performance.
Before launching the website, the website is tested to ensure its functionality, usability, and compatibility across different devices, browsers, and operating systems.
6. Launching and maintenance.
